Loading issue even though the mod screen loads up on launch

Currently having an issue getting the mod to work on a friends PC (currently working beautifully on my own PC) even though my friends PC is a higher spec. I have loaded the mods myself and have even used github website for a auto launch and still have the same issue. The programming window appears when you launch the game as though it is working but no stadiums ever launch in game, very strange. I have exhausted all avenues in terms of turning off virus threat restrictions etc so that his PC loads all files regardless, i have added the Bepinex folder as well so that the PC reads it and doesn't treat is as a potential threat. Has anyone got any ideas or came across this before?
